Kahawa Pride FC's youth development program will resume full operations during the ongoing school midterm break, with players from across the club's academy set to return to training from Wednesday, June 24 to Saturday, June 27 at Mahiga Primary School.
The four-day program will provide an opportunity for players across all age groups to continue their football development while schools remain closed, with sessions running throughout the day for the club's academy teams, senior sides, and youth development squads.
Kahawa Pride FC continues to invest heavily in grassroots football through its Cubs program, which currently caters for players across multiple age categories including Under-7, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15, Under-17, and Under-19 levels.

The academy structure serves as a key pillar in the club's long-term vision of developing talented young footballers and creating a clear pathway into the club's senior teams.
During the midterm period, training sessions will follow a structured daily schedule designed to accommodate all teams within the club's football ecosystem.
The Alphas will begin each day at 6AM before sessions for Mapogo (Under-19) and the Under-17 team commence at 8AM.
The Under-15 boys will train at 10AM, followed by the Under-13 boys and Under-15 girls at 12 noon.

The younger Cubs categories, comprising the Under-11, Under-9, and Under-7 teams, will take to the field at 2 PM before the day concludes with the Lionesses training at 4 PM.
With schools closed for the break, the return to Mahiga Primary School also means that the Alphas and Lionesses who train at Kamiti Prison during school hours will temporarily move their training sessions back to the club's traditional home ground for the duration of the program.
The Under-15 boys and Under-15 girls continue to gain valuable competitive experience through participation in the Kahawa Sports Association and Roysambu Sports Association competitions, providing an important bridge between player development and competitive football.
Outside school holiday periods, the Cubs program operates every Saturday, with training sessions for the Under-7, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, and Under-15 age groups beginning from 1 PM.

The program remains open to young players interested in joining one of the fastest-growing football development structures in the region.
