Kahawa Pride's Under-19 side, Mapogo, also enjoyed a successful outing over the weekend, recording a convincing 3-0 victory over Booster FC in the FKF Nairobi East County Sub-County League.
The breakthrough came in the 41st minute when Bidan Atoni found the back of the net to give Mapogo a deserved lead. Moments later, Booster FC's task became even more difficult after one of their players was sent off, leaving the visitors to play the remainder of the match with ten men.

Mapogo took full advantage of their numerical superiority after the break. Cedrick Makambi doubled the lead in the 54th minute after being set up by Allan Nganga before turning provider six minutes later, assisting Stephen Kaigai for the third goal of the afternoon.
The technical bench then rotated the squad, introducing Barry Kiseli, Emmanuel Munene, and Joseph Muthee as Mapogo comfortably saw out the victory.
Atoni's influential display, highlighted by the opening goal and his constant attacking threat, earned him the Player of the Match award.

The result continues the positive development of Kahawa Pride's youth programme, with Mapogo showcasing the talent pipeline that continues to produce players for the club's future.
